#eng-platform · Decision by Jared

Work got faster. Alignment fell behind. Every team and agent means more updates to chase, context to re-explain and tasks to keep current.

01

Leads spend their week chasing updates and rebuilding status by hand.

02

Commitments made in threads and meetings go quiet until a date slips.

03

Two teams build the same thing because neither can see the other's work.

04

Coding agents ship faster than anyone can check the work against the ask.

How it works

From a Slack thread to a closed task, with no one chasing

A commitment in Slack becomes a task, the task lands in a milestone and the follow-up happens on time. You set the direction. Trinity carries it through.

@Richard, ENG-158 is due today. Still on track?

Follows up

When a task goes quiet, Trinity asks its owner in the thread, at their next working hour.

Coding agents

What was asked, traced to what shipped

A coding agent starts from its task's context and writes back as the person it works for. Its session and pull request link to the task, and the task closes when the work merges.

Status is a by-product, not a job

The record comes from the work itself, so tasks, the pre-standup digest and the docs stay current without anyone writing an update.

Sync across GitHub, Linear and Jira

Each task stays in step with your tracker and links back to where it was said, so leadership and every team read the same plan.

Before each standup, Trinity sums up the team's decisions, blockers and progress, so the meeting starts at the judgment calls instead of the recap.

After every release, docs and changelogs follow the actual changes, so the reasoning behind a decision is still findable when the next one depends on it.

Alignment

Drift between teams, caught early

Between teams, the costly problems are the quiet ones: duplicate effort, work waiting on an answer, context that never traveled. Trinity watches for them and raises them early.

Duplicate work detection

Trinity flags when two teams start building the same thing, so the overlap surfaces before the duplicate effort piles up.

One unanswered question can hold up several people at once. Trinity shows what is waiting, who owns it and the exact question, then follows it up in the thread.

Any team can see why a feature shipped and the context behind it, not just the team that built it. Enterprise adds an org-wide view.

Integrations

Connects to the tools your company already uses

Trinity works across Slack, meetings, calendars, issues, repositories and docs, plus Claude Code, Codex and Cursor sessions on paired machines.

Security

Built for your security review

What a review asks first: what Trinity reads, how your data is kept apart, how AI uses it and where SOC 2 stands.

Reads only what you select

The channels, repositories and pages each project selects. Never Slack direct or group messages, or anyone's email inbox.

Isolated and encrypted

Each organization is its own tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud.

No training on your data

Trinity does not train AI models on customer data.

SOC 2 in progress

Our program is underway with Vanta. No audit report has been issued yet.

Business case

Estimate the cost of coordination

Nobody logs the hours spent creating tasks, updating tickets and chasing follow-ups, but payroll pays for every one. Set the engineers in scope and their hourly cost to estimate it.

Tools your teams work in

Estimated savings per year

$1,668,000 estimated savings per year

After $60,000 a year for 100 seats at the Pro list price.

Est. 1,440 hours back a month

Est. 29× what the seats cost

Est. $139,000 saved a month

An estimate, not a measured result: 14.4 hours per person a month with all five tools selected, less with fewer, priced at your hourly cost and net of the Pro list price of $50 a seat a month.

Start with one team, roll out to all of them

Pro is $50 a seat a month after two weeks free. Enterprise adds org-wide visibility and the controls a rollout needs, with a quote within one business day.

Questions before you buy

Anything else? Write to hi@usetrinity.ai.

Anyone who signs in to Trinity. Teammates whose work only flows in through a connected tool are not seats, so a pilot can cover a whole team while only the people who sign in are billed.

Yes. A new organization gets two weeks of Pro free, then $50 a seat a month, and you can cancel anytime. For an Enterprise pilot, book a demo and we will scope it with you.

Yes. Enterprise is everything in Pro plus its controls, so a pilot team can start on Pro and the organization can move to Enterprise for SSO, deployment options and annual invoicing as it rolls out.

Book a demo, or email hi@usetrinity.ai with the number of teams and seats and your security requirements. We reply with a quote within one business day.
